Electronic Health Records
Time by Infian has intuitive navigation and a user interface which includes relevant care information all in one place. This makes patient rounds easy and efficient. There are checks and balances in the program to ensure the right thing is done when it is supposed to be done, and to assist with orders, and policy and procedures compliance.
The Time by Infian system offers complete clinical practice functionality:
- Hemodialysis – chairside charting and machine interfaces help ensure what is ordered is delivered
- Peritoneal Dialysis – CAPD and CCPD flowsheets
- Home Dialysis – quicker charting of patient data
- Vascular Access and complication tracking
- Medication Management
- Infection Control
- Hospitalization and mortality tracking
Regulatory reports for QAPI and Multidisciplinary Care Planning and lab interfaces are standard.
Time by Infian dashboards allow for quick and interactive analysis of clinical information, which is reported as Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Visual displays are graphical and easy to understand allowing you to interpret vast amounts of care data to support disciplined decision-making. Dashboards are an excellent operational tool for identifying and treating outliers, and can be configured to show only the data and KPIs desired for faster turnaround between high level questions and meaningful actionable answers.
Patient Care from Anywhere
Continuity of care requires physicians to respond to patient care needs even if they are not in the dialysis facility. Time Mobile provides real time Point-of-Care information at Point-of-Need on your phone or tablet.
DrFirst’s Rcopia Technology
DrFirst’s eRx system is integrated into Time by Infian for a seamless patient care experience. Rcopia uses the Surescripts network giving you access to most retail and mail order pharmacy relationships, along with the ability for patient medication reconciliation regardless of the prescriber. It’s easy to use with one-click refills and allergy and drug interaction alerts. Time meets CMS requirements as qualified ePrescribing system.
