QMS has built a very powerful application. Their software has the critical features needed to properly submit dialysis claims plus all the bells and whistles.  The QMS system pre-submission process of error and data checks ensure we submit clean claims. The post claim submission reports help us stay organized and track claims so we can manage cash flow. Their professional customer service team is always there for any questions or problems. We found the QMS system to be better than we anticipated from the demo.

I have personally used QMS software since 1989. Therefore, it was an easy decision choosing Focus as our billing software system when we started National Renal Care in 2016.  QMS offers a far superior dialysis billing product, is always up to date with industry changes, and implements them in a timely manner. Focus has excellent reporting capabilities and interfaces effectively with multiple EMRs.  The QMS staff is friendly and knowledgeable and offers outstanding support.  We look forward to a continued long term working relationship.
